Our team at West Milham Dental is comprised of experienced and passionate professionals. We are eager to remain the utmost educated on current dental procedures and progressive technology, while making sure we communicate those practices as effectively as possible. Dr. Kelly Motson

Dr. Motson earned her DDS degree in 2005 from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she graduated #1 in her class. While there, she earned the Rice Humanitarian Award, which recognizes the student with the most exceptional knowledge, understanding, and compassion in interpersonal relationships. She was also inducted as a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon honor society for top dental students. She is a current member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, and Kalamazoo Valley District Dental Society. Dr. Motson completes many hours of continuing education to stay up to date on the most current techniques and technologies, including digital x-rays, spectra cavity detection devices, and laser dentistry.

Dr. Christine Uggeri

Dr. Christine Uggeri is a native of the Kalamazoo area having attended Portage Northern High School. Dr. Uggeri earned a BA degree in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University and a BS degree in Biomedical Sciences from Western Michigan University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She earned her DDS degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry (UMSOD), where she received the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Dental Implant Award. During her time in dental school, Dr. Uggeri traveled to Greece and Jamaica to broaden her perspective on dentistry throughout the world and to provide dental care for those with limited access to dental services. Dr. Uggeri is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association, the Kalamazoo Valley District Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Uggeri enjoys cycling. She has worked with many organizations including Backroads, Bike and Build, and Openroads. Her love of the sport has taken her to Italy, biking across the United States, and teaching bicycle mechanic skills to the Kalamazoo area youth. Dr. Uggeri also enjoys gardening and sustainability, having managed the Western Michigan University Community Garden and worked as a caretaker at the Matthaei Botanical Gardens & Nichols Arboretum for several years.
