Meredith will find the soonest new patient exam that fits your schedule. Give her a call at (269) 381-0564, and if something hurts, let her know so we can work to see you as soon as possible.

Do you take my insurance?
We welcome most dental insurance plans and file the claim for you. Erica, our insurance coordinator, can look at your plan before your visit and tell you what to expect. Call us with your plan details.

How young do you see children?
As soon as the first tooth comes in. Kids are seen in the same office, by the same team, as the rest of the family.

Meet Dr. Kelly Motson
“We pride ourselves on serving multiple generations and remaining a family’s provider for years to come.”
She has cared for Portage families here since 2010, and completes many hours of continuing education to stay current on techniques and technology. Outside the office she gardens and spends time with her kids.

Meredith, our scheduling coordinator, finds a time that works for you.
Your forms, from home
Our patient forms are online through Vyne, so you can fill them out before you come in.
Erica checks your plan
Erica, our insurance coordinator, looks at your benefits ahead of time and tells you what to expect.
Your cleaning
Lynelle, Jeanine, or Megan cleans your teeth and takes any necessary x-rays.
Time with Dr. Motson
She checks your teeth, gums, and bite, and talks you through anything she sees before anything is scheduled.
Relaxed, unhurried visits
We take the time to get to know you, explain what we are doing before we do it, and never rush you. If you feel nervous, tell us when you call, and we will plan your visit around keeping you comfortable.
