What we collect
When you send a message or appointment request, we receive the details you type in: your name, contact information, and message. We use them only to reply to you and schedule your care.
Please don’t send health information through the website forms. Patient forms are completed through our forms service, Vyne, which is covered by our HIPAA policy.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not sell your information. On most public pages, we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. It uses cookies and collects information such as the pages viewed, the type of device, and general location. It does not run on our appointment, contact, or new patient forms pages. When a form is sent, we record only that a form was sent, and what you type is never sent to Google Analytics. We have turned off Google’s ad personalization features for this site. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on.
