Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this website and visit our office comfortably.
Our office
Our parking lot is right out front, and the building is wheelchair accessible.
This website
This website is built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services applies to healthcare websites. In practice that means readable color contrast, text you can enlarge to twice its size without losing anything, a written description for every meaningful image, every page usable with a keyboard alone with a visible focus outline, labeled forms, and motion that stops when you ask it to.
We check the site with automated accessibility testing and by hand, and we fix what we find. Accessibility is ongoing work, so if you come across something we missed, please tell us.
Tools on this site
The round Accessibility button in the bottom-left corner of every page opens settings that this site applies itself: larger text, higher contrast, readable spacing, reduced motion, and underlined links. Your choices are saved on your device and kept as you move between pages. Your browser’s own zoom (Ctrl or Cmd and +) works on every page as well.
What we can’t change ourselves
New-patient forms are completed through our forms service, Vyne, and online bill payment runs on its own provider’s pages. We can’t edit those pages ourselves. If either is hard for you to use, call us at (269) 381-0564 and we’ll take care of it with you by phone.
Need help?
If anything on the site is hard to use, or you’d like information from it in another form, call us at (269) 381-0564 or email scheduling@westmilhamdental.com. Tell us the page and what happened, and we’ll fix what we can and get back to you.
